ITINERARY

Day 1
Your Spa experience begins with a private chauffer driven transfer from Cairns to Silky Oaks Lodge. Once you arrive at Silky Oaks Lodge you will be welcomed and shown to your private Treehouse. After you have settled into your room you will meet your Spa Therapist to discuss the treatments that you will be enjoying over the next few days. Upon your welcome to the Healing Waters Spa you will receive a special gift to ensure that your Spa experience begins immediately.
Your Spa journey begins with a cleansing Desert Salt Scrub where you will be embraced by steam as your body is exfoliated and polished. Rejoice in a sensory contrast of hot and cold as a warm rain shower is gently directed over your body whilst chilled rocks are stroked along the contours of your body. Following this invigorating scrub, a deeply conditioning Quandong Hair Masque will be gently massaged into the scalp, promoting relaxation and the release of tension.
Later this evening, a delicious dinner in the Treehouse Restaurant created by the team of chefs using the freshest of local ingredients, completes your introduction to a truly unique holiday.

Day 2
Over a delicious tropical breakfast, savour the anticipation of the two luxurious spa treatments you'll both enjoy today.
Today's Spa indulgence begins with a Mala Mapi mud treatment to awaken the senses and rejuvenate the mind and body. Beginning with a revitalising desert salt exfoliation, you will experience deep relaxation as a layer of silky, mineral rich Mapi mud is gently applied to your body. Your mind drifts peacefully as you are cocooned in a warming wrap; a scalp massages releases the tensions and soothes the mind. We then invite you to experience the tranquillity of a tropical rain shower before you enjoy a full one hour body massage to complete you day's treatments.

Day 3
Spend the morning exploring Silky Oaks Lodge and its surrounds by taking in the beauty of the Daintree rainforest or discovering the delights of nearby Port Douglas.
After the day's activities return to the Peace of the Spa to enjoy a Marni Yirri Facial. This deeply clarifying and refining facial is the ultimate treatment to restore the skins balance. Enjoy a natural clay mask enhanced with native essential oils of lemon myrtle, sandalwood and mandarin, your skin will emerge feeling purified and revitalised. Following this beautiful facial your feet will be treated to a Jinna Bubay, a wonderfully grounding treatment for tired legs. Soak away tension with a Jiga Jina aromatic foot bath before your feet are smoothed by a Lemon Myrtle Desert Salt exfoliation.

Day 4
Celebrate the spa experience together today with a light two-course Spa Cuisine Luncheon offering the best of the region's local produce and set high above the Mossman Gorge at the Jungle Perch. What better location than actually overlooking it to truly appreciate the philosophy of the Healing Waters Spa - to live in harmony with the earth, tread lightly, with great respect. Day 5
One last delicious tropical breakfast and it's time to farewell your rainforest haven, but it surely won't be long before the spirit of the rainforest calls and you succumb to the soothing natural therapies of the Healing Waters Spa Experience once again.
