KIDS STUFF

Hayman offers a unique holiday experience for young guests at Hernando's Hideaway, which houses a Kids Club (for ages 5 to 12) and Créche (for ages 6 weeks to 5 years). Babysitting services are available in the resort and children's menus are offered in restaurants.

Kids Club
The Kids Club welcomes children aged 5 to 12 years to its location in the children's activities centre at Hernando's Hideaway, an exquisite colonial cottage nestled in gardens near the marina. It is open daily from 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm and, during Australian school holidays, also from 6.30pm to 9.00pm. There is a great adventure playground and, inside lots of fun games and puzzles, plus time to explore the resort and Hayman Beach. A charge applies for a visit to the Kids Club. During Australian school holidays, children are taken on a watersport adventure, possibly to snorkel or enjoy an action-packed speedboat or inflatable ride (subject to weather), which is included in the Kids Club charge. Children can also discover the secrets to fine dining at etiquette afternoons and learn deportment and the correct use of cutlery and crockery. In the evening, they will dine in one of Hayman's restaurants. A charge applies for this unique experience.

Creche
The Créche welcomes children aged 6 weeks to 5 years to its location in the children's activities centre at Hernando's Hideaway, an exquisite colonial cottage nestled in gardens near the marina. It is open daily from 9.30am to 5.00pm and offers an adventure playground plus great puzzles and games. The Créche is licenced by the Department of Families, Youth and Community Care. A charge applies for visits and includes meals and disposable nappies.

Babysitting
Babysitters can be booked in the resort at nominal charges, which vary according to how many children require babysitting. Special rates apply over the festive period.
