Hamilton Island can be reached via varied means. The most popular is by air, the island having its own airport capable of taking all domestic service jets. Multiple flights arrive/depart daily giving access to most Australian airports. You can elect to arrive by rail to the central coast and then either transfer to the island by light plane or launch.
