POOLSIDE CAFE |
This is al fresco dining at its best. At the Poolside Café you
can enjoy anything from a late breakfast to a casual dinner,
whilst sitting by the swimming pool with a refreshing cocktail.
A wide range of light snacks, meals and beverages are available
throughout the day and evening, with the Café open
from 10am to 10pm and the Poolside Bar right next door open
from 12noon till late.
So come and dive in and enjoy the tropical tastes on offer
at the Poolside Café and Bar.

HOMESTEAD RESTAURANT & BAR |
Located in the main foyer, and overlooking
our main lagoon style swimming pool, the Homestead Restaurant
& Bar is open for breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast is an all you can eat buffet, with the choice
of a continental or a fully cooked breakfast, and offers
one of the most extensive buffet selections in town.
The Homestead Restaurant is a great venue for dinner outside
on the undercover patio, with an extensive a la carte menu
available 7 days a week.
The restaurant is also ideally suited to cater for groups,
with a variety of set menus available upon request.
The Homestead Restaurant is open daily for breakfast from
6:00am to 10:00am and nightly for dinner from 6:30pm. Access
is from Cannon Street via the main foyer, and parking is
available for the public.

JARDINES RESTAURANT |
Located on the first floor of our beautiful Conference Centre, Jardines’
ambience reflects the colonial heritage of Australia’s pioneer
days.
The beautiful silky oak grand stair case leads to a romantic
setting with the elegance and charm of yesteryear. Nestled
in our very own private rainforest garden, and featuring
high back carver chairs, an ornate open timber bar, brass
fittings, and traditional tongue and groove timberwork,
the setting embraces our far north tropical lifestyle.
Seating is available either inside in air-conditioned comfort,
or on the wide verandah overlooking our tropical rainforest.
Jardines offers elegant, tropical dining in a casual and
relaxed atmosphere, and is open nightly for dinner. Our
award winning Chef has created a tantalizing menu to satisfy
a variety of palates, with a wine list to suit, and our
service includes sublime details such as palate cleansers
and hot/cold towels.
Jardines is open nightly for dinner from 6:30pm. Access
is from Behan Street with parking available for the public.
