GETTING THERE

By plane
International access to the Whitsundays is via Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Cairns.
You can fly into Proserpine Airport and transfer the 35km with Whitsunday Transit buses ($17 p/p) or a Limousine ($75 up to 4 people) to the B&B in Airlie Beach.
Qantas offers direct flights from Brisbane, Sydney, Cairns or Townsville. Virgin also offers services from several cities.
Alternatively, you can fly into Hamilton Island Airport and transfer to Shute Harbour on the mainland with Whitsunday All Over water taxis.
Buses meet each ferry for the 10 minute drive to Airlie Beach or a Limousine costs approx $30.
Mackay Airport 150km south of the Whitsundays, is serviced by Qantas and Virgin Blue.
Whitsunday Transit buses meet each Virgin flight and car hire is available at the airport.
By Bus or Coach
Greyhound/Pioneer, McCafferty's and Premier bus companies set down at Airlie Beach daily.
By Rail
Trains set down daily in Proserpine, with each service being met by a connecting coach.
